Kampala, Uganda | Full-time Company: Twyford Impex U Ltd With the continuous expansion of the Uganda market, including increased workload in store development and advertising placement, as well as the addition of store inspection tasks and refined marketing materials management, Twyford Impex U Ltd is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kampala. This role will support the implementation of marketing activities, ensure brand standards across stores, and coordinate closely with the sales team and suppliers to strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Inspection & Management * Conduct inspections and management of exclusive stores and branded sections to ensure compliance with company standards. * Identify stores that do not meet brand requirements and coordinate with the sales team to complete necessary improvements. 2. Marketing Materials Management * Manage market marketing materials and maintain records of inventory, distribution, and usage. * Track the inbound, outbound, and utilization of marketing materials to ensure proper allocation. 3. Storefront Advertising Implementation * Assist the Marketing Supervisor in implementing storefront signage and advertising placements for customers. * Follow up with headquarters on design progress and approvals. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely production and installation of signage and advertising materials. 4. Market Support * Participate in market visits and inspections when required. * Support promotional activities and other marketing initiatives in the market. * Be willing to undertake short business trips for market visits.
