About the Role
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, offices, residential estates)
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations of GPS tracking, CCTV, and access control systems
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and negotiate pricing Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets Coordinate with the technical team on client requirements and installation timelines
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product improvements
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Uganda Proven experience selling GPS tracking, fleet management, CCTV, or access control systems
- Strong understanding of the security and telematics market in Kampala
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Own smartphone and reliable transport (boda / car) Fluent in English; Luganda or other local languages a plus
