About the Role

Senior Accountant- Mansour Automotive - Mansour Automotive Analyze aged debtor data, identify root causes, resolve outstanding payments, escalate complex issues. Track progress against budgets and report variances. Based in Kampala Full-time role. Requirements: • Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently. Skill Financial Analysis & Reporting Accuracy & Attention to Detail ERP / Financial Systems Usage Compliance with Financial Policies & Controls Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Competencies Business Insight: Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals. Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. • Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Optimizes Work Processes: Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
